Vortex is a gen Doctor Who collection of articles and reviews. There are four issues.

As well as Dr Who, it includes Babylon 5, The Avengers, The Survivors, Star Trek, etc. It's quite fat as it's a double sized issue. The main bulk of it is issue 2 but it also includes a loose supplement which represents issue 3 and is a Jago and Lightfoot story by Keith Topping.
