V-Loop was the Yahoo Group for the Vaqueros, fans of the Forever Knight character Javier Vachon and Ben Bass, the actor who portrayed him. The public Group was formed by Apache on 1 September 1998. The group was very active for the first few years, but was heavily infiltrated by spam in 2004. Shortly thereafter, the members abandoned it, starting VaqDreams as a substitute. All later activity consists only of spam messages. There are 206 members, many of which are presumably spambots.

Hi,Welcome to the V-Loop. It was started in the spring of 1996 in appreciation of the vampire Javier Vachon of "Forever Knight" and of Ben Bass, who plays him.
The V-Loop has no rules. Anything may be posted to it or said on it; all kinds of commentary and creative writing are not just welcome, but strongly encouraged! Because X-rated fiction is welcome on this list, it is not recommended for people under 17.
