Union of Wakanakwa’s Underappreciated Staff was a Discord server in the Total Drama fandom for talking about original characters. Many posts about the interns themselves can be seen on Tumblr under the #internposting tag, and the Discord popularized the term 'internsonas' for self-insert intern OCs within the fandom on Tumblr.

On 25 September 2024, it appears to have imploded. A Google document was made and shared on a burner Tumblr account over some arguments within the server and the DMs of some of its members titled TD intern server doc, ^{Archived version} (posted on Tumblr here, ^{Archived version}.) The implosion caused one fan, footemoji, to leave Tumblr. Reactions to the Google Document were largely negative towards the writer of the document, mostly that the arguments could've been resolved over DMs.

The Google Document caused the server to be deleted.
