TwitchCon San Diego 2022 was the 2022 TwitchCon North America event that became notorious for its security and health & safety issues. One major criticism involved a foam pit in which at least two people were injured, with one streamer breaking her back.
The event was compared to similiar infamous cons such as Dashcon.[1]
