to the ends of the earth (would you follow me?) is a popular Thasmin fanfic by freefallvertigo involving Thirteen and Yaz going on a road trip around the US in the 80's. The fic is so well known, it will often be referred to simply as the Thasmin roadtrip fic - or a similiar variation.
