Tickled Pink and True Blue is a gen and slash split-book anthology of Starsky and Hutch fiction by Vedette Ciel. The zine is digest-sized and has 120 pages. It premiered at the 2012 Sharecon.

The "Tickled Pink" half contains humorous pieces and is printed on pink paper; the "True Blue" half contains serious pieces and is printed on blue paper. The zine is a flip zine and has a cover on both the "front" and the "back."

The cover art is by Moni K., a piece she originally created as the Joker for a deck of Starsky and Hutch playing cards. Interior art is by Moni K. and starskinsons.
