The Winchester Journals Fic Archive, which was part of the Winchester Journals fansite, a Supernatural fanfiction archive.
The only rule was that it would not accept any Wincest fics (where Dean and Sam are romantically or sexually involved with each other), any fics with it would be automatically deleted.
Sometime before or around December 2006, the site was closed due to web hosting troubles that led to losing all the fanfiction on the site[1], Kim M. encouraged fans to post their works to Urban Legends, the other Supernatural fanfic archive.
