The Unsung is a zine in the Dragon Age fandom.
About
We are now accepting submissions from artists of color for the Dragon Age charity zine: The Unsung. The goal of this project is to help raise money for Manga African Dance, Inc, while also highlighting Wardens, Hawkes, and Inquisitors of color made by creators of color.
Our goal is to feature 50 different artists and characters overall. The zine will be in PDF form and all contributing artists will receive a free copy. All the money made from this project goes to help the school.
Charity
This zine is intended to help to raise money for Manga African Dance, Inc. which is a nonprofit organization that teaches and performs traditional African dances from Western, Central and Southern Africa. The organization is supported by donations and grants, primarily through the Endowment of the Arts. With the arts budget stripped, as well as general school funding being in question for a lot of areas, it’s put Manga in an incredibly difficult place financially. All sales of this book go to helping the school get through this difficult time and ensure traditions aren’t erased through loss of access.
