The Ultimate X-Files Webring was a webring focused on X-Files websites and owned by Smishman.
Rules for joining the webring
If you own an X-Files webpage. If you want everyone to know about it then you are at the right place. But, First you must qualify for the webring. Here are the rules:Your webpage should be more than just links. Your webpage can not contain nudity, pronography, or a warez site. You are not allowed to sell products that are not part of the X-Files theme. Your site has to be a X-Files related page.
If your site follows all of the above regulations then join right away but to be allowed as a member of the webring your has to contain the proper Webring HTML fragment. Also, when I accept your webpage your site will be automatically entered in the X-Files Webpage of the Month contest. If you wish to be one of the part time volinteers that choose the best site for the month then contact me at [email protected]. (Notice if you are one of the part time volinteers for the month your site will not be entered that month as a X-Files Webpage of the Month for however long you are part of the volinteer group. Notice the maximum amount of time you can be a volinteer voter without becoming a permanent voter is 6 months.)
