Regarding the Zine's Title
The title of this zine comes from the show: it is the name of The Village's official newspaper.
Issue 1
Tally Ho 1 was published in summer 1978 and contains 20 pages. There were 200 copies printed. Contributors are Time Warner, Colleen Winters, Lisa J. Rubin, and Murray Young.
This issue contains some illos, some info about "The Prisoner" and numerology, a Patrick McGoohan filmography, a 1978 listing of articles about the show in magazines/newspapers and of important dates in "The Prisoner" fandom, a simple map of The Village, "Science in The Village" (a monograph article by Murray Young), some black and white stills from the show, a listing of 8" x 10" black and white photographs for sale, a poem, and part one of a "The Prisoner" screenplay called "Inside Out" by Lisa J. Rubin.
