As always, Robin delivers a wonderfully fetish-style tale that simply got me hooked on the first few sentences. I must admit to a wary attitude when it comes to fetishes, perhaps more so because I have no particular fetishes myself (is bdsm a fetish?). But I've always been *fascinated* by it, and Robin certainly, not for the first time, turned on the heat for me in this one.Yet it is a heart-wrenching story, and Robin does a wonderful job in building up the anticipation before delivering the 'punch', as it were. Both funny and absolutely depressing, she manages to create a wonderfully angsty Garak/Bashir dialogue.
