The Point is a Blake's 7 Blake/Avon story by R. Olivia Brown.
It was published in Fire and Ice #2.
Reactions and Reviews
Well-written but unusual - Blake and Avon listen to a sort of tragic Celtic-style myth that has strange similarities to their own experience.[1]
I read this ages ago on the net, so didn't re-read because I didn't like it much. We retell the Blake/Avon story as a folk tale that they can listen to. Even as someone who loves to re-write Rumours of Death over and over again, I find this a little dull.[2]
This one was really different and I'm not sure that I liked it. Or didn't like it. Blake and Avon visit a rebel group and hear a long local myth with some interesting parallels to their own lives, especially to Avon's.[3]
