The Picard Maneuver is a Star Trek: TNG phrase that means several things.
In canon, the term refers to a battle tactic.
Fans also used the phrase in a humorous way to describe Captain Jean-Luc Picard's very frequent action to pull on his uniform, specifically to tug his shirt down after he'd been sitting, standing, or generally moving in any way.
