Northeastern Wisconsin Friends of the Doctor is a fan club that was founded in 1982.

Among other things, it published the newsletter Tales of Rassilon.

A 1995 description of the club:

NEWFOD has been an established club since 1982. He are interested in Doctor WHO, Star Trek, Babylon 5, cartoons, games, archaeology, and much more. Club meetings are scattered around Wisconsin. A newsletter, Tales of Rassilon, (TOR), is printed many items. We also hold an annual Sci-Fi auction each spring, with procedes [sic] going to help support Public TV funding. We answer telephones during the Public TV pledge drives. There is an annual picnic, and Halloween Masque.

Membership is just $7.00 per year, checks or money orders should be addressed to N.E.W. Friends of the Doctor, and sent to the club address.
