The Fetch Phillips Archives is a fantasy noir book series by Luke Arnold. The first book, The Last Smile in Sunder City, was published in 2020. As of 2022, three volumes have been published.


The series follows the protagonist Fetch Phillips, Man For Hire, whose purpose in life has been reduced to taking odd jobs around the neighborhood in penance for breaking the world. The magic is gone, and it's all his fault. Or is it?

Fanfiction

As of September 2022, Fetch Phillips Archives has a very tiny fanfiction fandom, with no stories at all posted to fanfiction.net or wattpad and only nine on AO3. The first known fic posted to AO3 was A somewhat tender moment between fetch and hendricks (or: In Which Fetch Phillips Bleeds All Over The Governor of Sunder City's Couch) by paradoxical_serendipity on April 5, 2021. A few more stories were posted by Nara_stories and Kafkas starting in June 2022.
