The Ink and Quill was a Harry Potter fanfiction archive. It was launched in March 2004[1] and closed a year later, in March 2005,[2] due to the archivists' lack of free time.
The site also had an associated forum, which was located offsite and remained available after the archive closed.
Archived Fanworks
The Ink and Quill did not accept slash or stories rated NC-17, though they said that those restrictions "may and probably will change in the future."[3] Stories were also required to be reasonably well-written with proper attention to canon (though AUs were allowed).
The archive hosted 30 stories by 16 different authors.
