The Importance of Being Raymond is a Bodie/Doyle story by Kathy Keegan.

It was published in Cross My Heart #3.

Summary

"Doyle seems set to come into a huge inheritance. Should he and Bodie count their chickens..."

Reactions and Reviews

Another pet peeve of mine: the writer putting her politics onto the characters. Case in point: I just recently reread a really annoying Jane of Australia story where Doyle inherits a large sum of money from his Irish aunt. The story was a thinly (very thinly) veiled political tract, one that did not sit well on the characters and involved them doing really stupid things that would get them in a lot of trouble. And the innacuracies! Ye Gods. A quick glance at a map would have gone a looooong way. [1]

... Importance is a nice story, though. Borrow it :-) [2]
