The Hartnell Years is a Doctor Who zine. It is a guide to the cast and crew for the Hartnell stories. It includes art work by Michael Bull.

Fan, Antony Howe, comments that it was not he who created this zine: "Not by me - probably by Dallas Jones, from his Local Group days (Lane Cove area, Sydney - c. 1982-84) and Michael Bull was a keen member - seen on TV in Tom Baker scarf getting into bed in costume - maybe the stress of being thus "outed" as an uber-fan boy on commercial national TV, is what made him drop out and become a fan of the Bible (meow). I think that was the Mike Willesee report on the cancellation of the show, so mid 1984? I was interviewed in it too - but I was dressed to be as boring as possible, as I knew they wanted to make us all look like fools. Grrr.[1]
