Summary: "Join Admiral Kirk and Doctor McCoy on what they have each privately decided will be their last mission on board the Enterprise -- to take Sarek to Spock's final resting place. Since this is Starfleet's first chance to explore the Genesis planet, Doctors Carol and David Marcus are also there. Kirk has turned the Enterprise over to Captain Sulu. A deeply troubled Commander Chekov serves as First Officer. Captain Uhura is also on board in an advisory capacity to test an experimental new communication system she helped design.
