The Fourth Incarnation of Doctor Who is a gen zine that ran six issues. Title and cover art indicate that the Society of Time Lords were fans of the fourth Doctor.
"We began our own fan club and published a small zine... The interest lasted about three years, then it began to become commonplace. It was too easy to obtain DW material. In other words, "the thrill was gone." [1]
