Reactions and Reviews
This is almost a novel and whilst it is a sequel to two of Ruth Devero's earlier stories; Little Mr. Marker and Thief of Hearts, it does stand up very well on it's own. There are two strands running through this story; the first is the plot of an arsonist and the second is Fraser and Ray coming to terms with how they feel. It's got a lot of layers to it and certainly keeps you engaged throughout.[2]
