Excerpt
Blurb from the publisher's website:
"This cannister of film was delivered to U.N.C.L.E. this afternoon," Waverly said. "It was addressed to you, Mr. Kuryakin."
As the film played out, a man's face came into focus, making Illya tense. "Surprised, mr. Kuryakin?" The camera panned back, revealing a hooded figure. The hood was pulled off to reveal a wide-eyed woman with duct tape over her mouth. The camera then moved in closer as two thugs pulled the helpless woman to her feet. Illya drew in a sharp breath.
"In case you think it's all a sham, here's the undeniable proof." Her dress was ripped open to reveal the taut flesh of her expanding stomach.
A madman from Illya's past, before he became an U.N.C.L.E. agent, has resurfaced, and he's determined to take up where he left off so many years ago. This time, however, Illya Kuryakin and all who know him, are in grave danger from one of the most sadistically evil men around. And the men from U.N.C.L.E. only have 42 hours to locate him and stop his vengeance from taking another innocent life.[1]
