The author felt that it was the first X-Files fic to employ song lyrics. Another author, Sarah Stegall, thought this could be erroneous.[1]
Summary
"This series of short stories takes place over a single week during the second season, while both agents are suspended. They find themselves developing their relationship and dealing with personal demons."
Reactions and Reviews
The first story on the Creative Group I read was Sheryl Martin's "Downtime II". I enjoyed it, so I began reading the backlog of stories in the archive, spending hours in the evening, just working my way through the author lists. I was delighted that we had such talented writers who knew Mulder and Scully so well.[2]
