The Adventures of the Great Trial is a digital zine featuring characters from The Great Ace Attorney games. The theme of the project was "spring".

About

The zine was announced with an interest check on December 24, 2022[1]. The zine would be non-profit, safe for work, and be exclusively digital[2]. Ships were allowed to be depicted in the zine with some exceptions that were not fully specified by the organizers. A total of 23 responses were collected during this stage of the project[3].

For a brief period around approximately January 31, 2023, the head mod's main Twitter account was reported and subsequently suspended along with their other accounts, including this zine's account[4]. The organizers regained control of their Twitter acount shortly after and also made a Tumblr account as a secondary social media account.

Contributor applications for artists and writers began on February 3, 2023, and closed on March 3, 2023[5][6]. Results were sent out on March 3rd[7].

The zine was released on May 17, 2023, through a Google Drive folder. Along with a digital PDF of the zine was a folder containing digital merch, including icons, recipe card, planner, and stationery.
