Usage

This template should be added to articles about individual video essays but not metavids which should use Template:Vid.

The template automatically includes the page in the Meta on Video category. Please also manually add additional categories if applicable.

Key

• fanworktitle = title of the essay
• creator = author(s)
• dates = when it was posted/published
• medium = online, print, woodcut, stone carving, etc.
• length = the runtime of the video
• footage = where the footage comes from, if you know and it will fit in the info box.
• fandom = name of the fandom (e.g. science fiction fandom, slash, Gundam Wing, etc.)
• topic = topic of the essay
• url = where it's posted online, if applicable
• imagename= filename (as in, "Example.jpg") of the image for the video, if you have one. If you leave this blank, the infobox will just omit the image and caption.
• imagesize= image width, which will default to 100px if you leave it blank; 300px is a good size for image caps.
• imagecaption= caption or annotation for the image. If you leave this blank the infobox will just omit the caption.
