Usage
This template should be added to articles about fannish individual tournament brackets, often distinguished by being on Tumblr and conducted through online polls. The template will automatically include the page in the Brackets category unless you put a different category in the category=
field.
To embed this template on a page, copy & paste the code below to the top of the new page:
{{Tournament Bracket |title= |creator= |dates= |fandom= |theme= |entries= |winner= |externallinks= |image= |category= }}
Key
- title = title of the bracket
- creator = creator(s) of the bracket
- dates = when did it begin? When did it end?
- fandom = name of the fandom. Is it multi fandom?
- theme = does the bracket have a running theme? If so, then specify here. Doubles as a genre/ship gender category.
- entries = number of entries instead of entries list as to decrease the size of the infobox. How many entries could fans choose from to win?
- winner = which entry won the competition (if applicable)
- externallinks = link to the bracket, if available online
- image = if a suitable image is available, place file name here and format like so: [[File:Example.jpg|thumb|center|caption text]]
- category = this will default to Category:Brackets and should be left blank unless the tournament bracket belongs in a fandom-specific subcategory, for example Category:Harry Potter Brackets. Only fandom-specific subcategories should be listed in this field. Subcategories that aren't fandom-specific, like Category:Multi-fandom Brackets belong at the bottom of the page.
