Usage

Ruby are characters used to show pronunciation in languages such as Chinese or Japanese. The ruby characters will appear above the Chinese or Japanese language word when this template is used.

{{Ruby | kanji | kana}}

Key:

• Kanji: This parameter is also called the base. It is the word that you want to show the pronunciation for.
• Kana: This is the Ruby text or other transcription shown above the base word.

Example

{{Ruby|鉄|てつ}} will be shown as 鉄 (てつ)
