Key
- Name: the name of the forum.
- Dates: the date started and/or closed.
- Moderated: is the forum moderated?
- Moderators/Maintainers: who moderates the forum.
- Founder: who started the forum.
- Type: the content that is usually posted.
- Fandom: any fandoms that the forum is focused on, if important.
- Scope: any pairings/genres/fandom-specific events that the forum covers.
- URL: gives the URL of the forum.
- Image: if a suitable image is available, place file name here and format like so: [[File:Example.jpg|thumb|center|caption text]]
