Overview
This notice is made for pages that are longer than a stub, but have empty or incomplete sections. The page will be automatically categorized under Category:Pages that need expansion.
Usage
The most basic usage of {{ExpandArticle}}
is in the box below:

Parameters
because
Allows for specification of what information or details need addition or expansion. This should be limited to one or two lines; extensive information on the expansion of a page should be placed on an article's talk page using the {{To do}}
template. because should always be specified when {{ExpandArticle}}
is used at the top of a page.
small
{{ExpandArticle}}
has semi-automated behavior that determines whether or not it displays in a compact (small) appearance; specifying the small arguement allows this behaivor to be overriden and force a certain appearance.
- Passing an arguement of
small=left
forces the notice to use the small appearance. - Passing an arguement of
small=no
forces the notice to use the large appearance.

is built off the metatemplate {{Ambox}}
; as such, all arguements that can be passed to a template built with {{Ambox}}
may be passed to {{ExpandArticle}}
