How to use
To embed this template on a page, copy & paste the code below to the top of the new page:

Key
The Mods, Scope, and URL fields are optional and will not appear if left blank.
- Name: the name of the forum.
- Dates: the date started and/or closed.
- Owner: who owns the server?
- Mods: if there are mods besides the server owner, who are they? (optional)
- Fandom: any fandoms that the forum is focused on, if important.
- Scope: what does the server focus on? for example, a ship, character, fandom, fanworks in general, etc. (optional)
- Access: is the server public or private? who can use the server?
- URL: the invite URL of the server — For now, please see Template Talk:Discord for discussion on if you can/should link! Not all servers will want to be linked, even if they're public. (optional)
- Image: if a suitable image is available, place file name here and format like so:
