Controversies
In April 2022, Sonic writer Ian Flynn mentioned on his pod-cast[1] that SEGA does not see Team Dark “as a thing.” This was picked up by Sonic Stadium [2] and lead to Team Dark temporarily trend on Twitter, with some tweets getting upwards of 15k likes[3].
