Hi! New user here. I have no information to back this up but I believe this B/W fan film could have been created by the MSU Star Trek Club. Just dropping it here in case it jogs someone's memory...

Sorry! Further study of the credits showed that it must have been made at Montclair State University between 1977 - 1982. See my entry on Star Trek Reviewed --Kirok (talk) 13:58, 25 June 2021 (UTC)
