Is this a trope? A Memes? An Event (the tumblr post makes it sound like an event, but there's stuff using the phrase that seems unconnected to that blog/posted years later). Eh yeah i'm gonna use the Challenge infobox for now. But if this is a broader concept/usage in fandom please help me document it.
