The meaning of this term has been completely changed from Heydt's original intention. I'm leaving the "bondmate" and "t'hy'la" links up for now, but I think what the article needs are examples of stories in which ni var is used in its present meaning, which I assume is K/S. --KTJ 18:04, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
