I tried several times to use the link on the page for Neon Rainbow Press, but it seems to not be working. The error message states "The server connection [for this website] could not be found. Please check your cables and connection and try again."
A Google search for "Neon Rainbow Press" brings up Fanlore's entry from 2016, as the top hit.
I and my writing partner had contributed to their zines in the past, but I think the editors broke up their partnership in the 2010s. Don't know details. Will try to find out.
