Does anyone know which "Phoenix" this fandom is in? Currently the link goes to a B&B fanzine, so clearly the term needs a disambiguation, but I have no clue which source is most likely. I looked in wikipedia and there are four tv series with that title (two from Australia from 1992/93 and 2009, one from the US from 1982, and one Korean drama series from 2004).
