You are doing an enormous amount of data entry, I'm awed. And some titles are bound to crop up twice (or more). And I think as long as there's no long history with many contributors and talk page to consider yet it's okay to just move the content via c&p as plain user if possible rather than burdening the gardeners with more proper page moves.
