Tabula Rasa is a Doctor Who vid by hollywoodgrrl. It was the 2007 winner in the "Achievement in Innovation" category in The Fourth Wall vidding awards.

A mind not yet affected by experiences, impressions, etc. This video represents the moment in "Family of Blood" that happened off screen, when the fob watch was opened, and all the memories came rushing back.

That is such a thoughtful concept and the execution is wonderful. I love watching vids when I can feel how involved and careful the vidder was. You created a certain mood with the editing that brought forth the emotion. It honestly hurts. The style is different and wholly enjoyable with the little touches that bring out the humanity right along with the harshness. [...][2]
The experimental editing style is really *breathtaking*! And much more important than shiny for shiny's sake, this works -- it has a disjointed feel that puts this vid into its own lonely place/time, and I think that's perfect for an interpretation of what might have happened in that moment.[3]
The premise for this vid is such a find and the editing is truly amazing. It's a bit trippy, a bit different, but all in a very, very good way.[4]
