The official zine of the Unofficial Harry Sullivan Fan Club, a collection of art and fiction which has appeared in our newsletter, 'The Lieutenant's Log.' The emphasis is, of course, on our favorite-officer-and-gentleman, and the earliest years of the Doctor's fourth personality — but the material here covers the range of our club members' vivid imaginations. From Joe Who to the funny blue thing that materialized under Opus' prominent schnoz, this is some of the best stuff to come along in the first three years of our cruise! "Footsie Notes" was a section of the newsletter of the Unofficial Harry Sullivan Fan Club from which the fiction zine was compiled.
An issue in 1988 supposedly contains the first published Doctor Who slash story, one called "The Unkindest Slash of All" by Amedia.
