Starsky & Hutch: CAHIER de dessin et de coupures is a fan-made scrapbook of Starsky & Hutch over 100 magazine cuttings from English and French magazines in the 1980s.
The framework of the zine appears to be a commercial "blank book" (hence the barcode) that one could purchase in which to paste/tape cuttings.
