Star Base Operations is a Star Trek: TOS bi-monthly club zine. Each issue contains 16-20 pages, not counting cover. They are staple-bound. There are at least four issues.
At least one story in one issue, "Totally Unique" by Jean Stevenson, was reprinted in The Farthest Star #1 in January 1978.
