Special Security Division is a Star Trek role-playing fan club.
It published a newsletter called Justice Bringer.
Members could be 1) Active, 2) Associate, or 3) Reserve.
Active members received the newsletters, were active in role-playing, and was "an integral part of the team."
Associate members had access to newsletters, membership card, updates on special events but did not want to role-play.
Reserve members received the newsletters and membership card.
Members under 16 years old had to have permission from their parents.
