Smallbatchicons is a Dreamwidth community journal who's focus is on making and sharing Icons. It is not strictly fannish, other themes are allowed, but it welcomes fandom related content. The focus is on quality over quantity and so the main rule is only 5 icons in a post at once. And smaller fandoms are encouraged. Other rules are no explicit pictures (as they do not utilize features to hide icons) and no "spoliery" materials, with no firm guidelines, but a rough one of nothing less than 5 days old for tv shows, movies, etc.
