The list has 258 members. It was founded in the fall of 1998 and was most active during 1998 and 1999, likely inspired by the 1998 Winter Olympics. An additional bump in activity took place after the 2002 Olympics. However, before the end of the summer of 2002 activity waned significantly and then gradually declined over the next years.
