This vid was recommended by theladrose on Crack Van on June 29, 2008: "It made me ridiculously happy when Mary came out with a string of her high quality, beautifully edited MFU videos a couple of months ago - seriously, I downloaded all of them and still watch them when my mood could use a pick me up. There's more than a touch of humor in a number of them (I almost picked her hilarious "So Long, Mom," which pulls off the miraculous feat of redeeming the Super Colossal Affair as a comic gem), but the thoughtful choice of song lyrics and the 60's folk vibe makes "Sister Golden Hair" one of my favorites of hers."
