Sierra Oscar is a gen A4 letterzine about The Bill. It called itself, "The only BILL letterzine." It was published in the UK by Jan Daniels. This letterzine focused on items about the personal lives of the actors. At least twenty-two issues of eighteen A4 photocopied pages were available.
Sierra Oscar 20 was published in 1990 and contains 18 pages. This issue has a Stephen Beckett interview and a 'Bill' story-writing competition.
