Servantfic refers to an AU kind of fanfic wherein one character is a servant to another or to a group.
At AO3, the "servantfic" tag is folded into the servants tag. It has nearly a thousand works as of 2021, but there is no easy way to determine how many are "servantfic" and how many just involve servants as a plot element. A quick search of "servantfic" gives 21 results[1] and "Servant AU" 95.[2]
