Blair, Rhonda, and the Donut Girl have to free the precinct from terrorist invaders. Stuck in a locked basement, Major Crimes listens to Radio Free Blair on the Ellison channel.[1]
Why this must be read: Because so often in TS fic, we loose sight of the Blair who fought off Kincaid's siege. The one who used a crane's hook to knock out a bad guy. This Blair is resourceful, not fearless but willing to keep fighting despite the fear. He uses anything and everything that comes to hand. This time Jim has to stay in the truck (figuratively speaking) and his reaction to hearing Blair in danger are priceless. And the supporting characters are perfect in their variety of reactions to the Blair/Jim dynamic. Sorry there's no smut in this one. I will make up for it next time.[2]
