The Sastiel Secret Santa Gift Exchange is an annual holiday gift exchange between fans of the Supernatural pairing Castiel/Sam Winchester, better known as Sastiel. Participants submit their names and then are given the name of another fan, for whom they will make a Sastiel related gift. Multiple types of fanworks are accepted, including fanfiction, fan art, graphics and other types of fan edits. In 2020, it was changed to the Sastiel New Year Gift Exchange.
