Kyouko/Sayaka, also known as KyoSaya, is the femslash pairing of Miki Sayaka and Sakura Kyouko in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica series.
Canon
Although initially at odds due to their different approaches to fighting witches in the anime, Kyouko eventually comes to appreciate Sayaka's devotion to justice, and is devastated by Sayaka's transformation into the witch Oktavia von Seckendorff. When her attempt to restore Sayaka is unsuccessful, Kyouko sacrifices herself to bring Oktavia down. In the finale timeline at the end of the anime, Kyouko is particularly devasted by Sayaka's disappearance.
In the sequel movie Rebellion, Kyouko and Sakura are extremely close, and frequently shown playfully bickering with each other. Although the two must eventually part ways, Sayaka confesses to Kyouko that her one regret about her new life as the "secretary" to the Law of Cycles is that she left Kyouko.
